How do I place an order?
Shopping at Allerkleinsten.com is easy and secure! Placing an online order requires just a few steps:

Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Add to Cart button from either the quick view or product detail page.

You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.

Once you are finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart at the top right corner of page, and follow the prompts to check out.
You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.
If you're paying via bank deposit, please contact us and we will send you an invoice with the payment information.
Note: Allerkleinsten reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Allerkleinsten's, at our own sole discretion, may limit or cancel quantities purchased by a single person, shipping/billing address, or per order. If your order is cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the email address provided at time of order placement. We reserve the right to prohibit or limit sales to dealers, resellers, and distributors.
Payment and Shipping
All prices on Allerkleinsten.com is in U.S. We accept all major credit cards through the use of PayPal which is a safe and secure way to pay, as well as Bank Deposit to FCB, Republic Bank Limited and Scotiabank.
All orders received before 12:00 pm are processed within 2 business days of payment verification. Please note that on occasions such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.
Custom orders may take up to two weeks to complete, once they are ready, we will let you know and package and ship your order. Based on your location and shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include, TTPost or Allerkleinsten.

Secure ordering & payment options
Customer safety is a top priority at Allerkleinsten’s. We implement many layers of safeguards to protect your security and privacy. Our site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
All transmissions that include personally identifiable information are protected using the industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) protocol encryption technology to protect against information loss and assure a secure and trusted experience. In addition, we utilize other physical and contractual practices and policies to safeguard your information. However, it is important to know that no online data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Returns & Exchanges
We don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Order cancellations will be granted ONLY if requested within 24 hours of placing the order, with the exception of rush orders, and orders that we have already begun working on. After 24 hours have passed, all sales are final and there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Production time and estimated delivery are given at the time of order, for this reason, refunds will not be issued if you need your item to arrive sooner than my production time (unless requested within 24 hours of the order being placed).
Please be aware that, when different colors are requested, fabric/ribbon/bead/etc. prints/patterns in your final product may vary from those used in the original listing. (Ex. The listing shows a shirt with a green polka dot number and you request we change the number to pink. I will try to do a pink polka dot number but, if this is not possible, you may receive a pink damask number.) we do try to keep them similar, but that's not always possible. If you want a certain pattern used, you MUST specify that in the "Notes to Seller" box during checkout. If you do not specify that you want a specific pattern and decide that you are unhappy with the pattern I use, there will be no refunds/remakes/exchanges.
All elements of our work, including but not limited to fabrics, fonts, patterns, colors, ribbons, beads, rhinestones, trims, etc., are subject to availability and may be substituted when necessary and without notice. Substitutions will always be as similar as possible to the item pictured.
If you receive your package and a mistake has been made on our part, you must notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of package delivery so that we can promptly correct the situation.
